walktheirwalk exists to improve the quality of life for children in Zambia, Africa, who have been orphaned as a result of the devastating effects of HIV and AIDS and extreme poverty.

walktheirwalk is a yearly walk-a-thon focused on raising funds necessary to make schools and fresh water accessible for all children living in Zambia.  We focus on two main issues, education and water, because people need education to thrive and water to survive.

Please join us in November of 2009 and walk up to 12-miles representing the walk many children in Zambia walk daily to receive an education and to gather fresh water. Your footsteps will make a difference.  Are you willing to walk to help change a child's life?
